Recipe of the Week

Watermelon Salad

(Posted on Facebook by one of Carolyn’s favorite authors Susan Wiggs)

This month’s suggestion is a no-recipe recipe for the lazy days of summer.

Drizzle with a bit of good balsamic vinegar. Bliss!

Cut a cold watermelon into cubes.

Toss them in a chilled bowl with blueberries (or just the watermelon), chopped mint or basil, and feta cheese.
