Davidson’s Exotic Mushrooms – Mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms: Portobello, Shitake, Cremini, Pom-Poms.

Derby Mill Farm – Beautiful bouquets of native flowers. For our every-week shoppers, don’t forget to ask about “deals on refills!”

Dittmar Family Farms – Ground lamb, spring mix greens, kale, spinach, radishes, including French Breakfast Radishes, and exotic cauliflower. Tomatoes and broccoli expected soon.

Herbs, Spice, Everything Nice – A wide variety of beautiful herbs and house plants. Radishes, heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and Swiss Chard.

Honey Bee Lake Apiary – Honey, Honey balm, pastries, and jams.

Grilled Balsamic Portabellas

  1. Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towel. DO NOT rinse or soak in water.
  2. Place mushrooms in a gallon zip lock bag with your favorite balsamic vinaigrette. Marinate 2-3 hours.
  3. Grill on each side for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Fill cap with bleu cheese crumbles (or your favorite cheese); close grill lid for cheese to melt; remove cap from grill; drizzle with balsamic glaze; serve whole or sliced.
